Welcome to Zenopause: Midlife Mayhem Meets Meditation
If you’ve ever cried over a touching commercial, forgotten why you walked into a room (again), or thought that you were having a cardiac moment only to come to the realization that you were experiencing anxiety? —hi, you’re in the right place.
Welcome to Zenopause, a cozy corner of the internet where moms in the messy middle of life—perimenopause, parenting, and possibly pondering their life choices over cold coffee—can find a little calm, a little laughter, and a whole lot of honesty.
I started this blog because I needed a space to breathe between the mood swings, memory lapses, and mild identity crises. This isn’t an advice blog. It is a blog about my journey of losing my mind and finding it again. I figured if I was going through this emotional roller coaster, someone else probably was too. And maybe if we laughed about it together, it wouldn’t feel quite so overwhelming.
What You Can Expect:
- Real Talk: The kind you’d have with a best friend after two glasses of wine or one too many herbal teas.
- Meditation & Mindfulness: But like, the kind where you might still hear “Mommmmmm!” in the background.
- Funny Moments: Because if we don’t laugh, we’ll probably cry. (Or both. I support both.)
- Practical Tips: Think guided meditations, breathwork, hormone balancing recipes, and stress-reducing hacks for when your hormones have hijacked your body.
So here’s to finding peace in the chaos, even if that peace only lasts until someone asks what’s for dinner (again).
Thanks for being here. Grab your tea (or wine, I don’t judge), take a deep breath, and let’s Zen our way through the madness. ✨

P.S. I’d love to hear from you! What brought you here? What’s been the weirdest perimenopause symptom you’ve experienced so far?
